e.g. at Trawsfynydd PS this resulted in a staff reduction of 30%, a productivity improvement of 100% and a pay rise of 33% for the staff retained.

Set up Quality Improvement Teams

Led to a change of culture which substantially reduced Industrial Relations problems and improved our safety record.

Development of the Quality Assurance system and safety awareness

This enabled Trawsfynydd PS to satisfy the Nuclear Installations Inspectorate that a satisfactory QA system had been implemented and thus satisfied the Site Licence condition enabling us to continue to operate for another 2 years.

Produced investigative reports on management areas including Human Resource issues, Administrative issues, Quality and Health and Safety
